The hotel is surrounded by beautiful snowy surroundings and offers a stunning lake view. the onsen is perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing, and the shuttle buses provide easy access to nearby snow resorts. the room is spacious and comfortable with excellent service from the friendly staff.

The buffet meals could use some improvement in variety and quality.

The hotel had a good location and an amazing view of the lake which was astonishing. the staff was very welcoming and polite, making our stay very comfortable. the buffet had a great variety of food to choose from, and the onsen was just perfect after a long day of exploring and hiking.

I loved the spacious twin room with a stunning view of the trees and lake. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and some spoke very good English. The hotel's best feature was the onsen - especially the outdoor area with the serene lake view. Additionally, the hotel buffet had a great range of dishes for breakfast and dinner.

Although we stayed there for a few nights to explore the area, the buffet could have offered more variety and the food could have been warmer. Despite this, the hotel is located in a beautiful area with great views and a bar/play room which was a fun spot for drinks in the evening.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this place. Located just next to the walking trail, it was a perfect location for me as I love being surrounded by nature. It was also conveniently close to the ski area, making it easy for me to relax after a day of skiing. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping always prompt and efficient. The free shuttle service was a bonus, as it made it convenient for me to explore the area without worrying about transportation. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome right from the start. The amenities in the room were impressive, with a comfortable sitting area and a flat-screen TV. I also enjoyed the dining options at the restaurant and the bar/lounge area. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.
